DELIVERY

We understand you’re anxious to receive your order as quickly as possible!

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days using a courier delivery service.

If you have placed your order during a sale, we do take 1 extra day to dispatch orders, as we receive a large volume of orders during these periods.

In most cases, if you are in a capital city in UAE, your order will take maximum 2 business days from dispatch to be delivered. In other small cities it will take 1 extra day.

If one or more of the items you have purchased are out of stock, please note that your entire order is held until the out of stock items are available. We are not able to partially ship orders, so if you want some items to arrive immediately, please order them separately.

If you have particular delivery requirements, please feel free to let us know so we can arrange special delivery.

All orders above 200 AED have FREE DELIVERY.

Delivery charge for orders below 200 AED is 18 AED.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologise for any inconvenience.
