WARRANTY CLAIM

Spectra Baby UAE provides a 2-year warranty on the pump motor and a 90 days warranty on parts for all products purchased through us via our website.There is no warranty support on purchases from any other sellers. In order to make a warranty claim, you will need original purchase proof such as receipt or invoice.

Please note that products bought via unauthorised or overseas retailers are not covered by any warranty provided by Spectra Baby UAE.

Parts such as valves may need replacing after 2-3 months if being used intensively. This is not a defect but reflects the nature of the product and will not constitute a warranty claim.
